Breakfast boost

Good Evening my dears!

Today I woke up asking myself what to do with those ripe banana sitting on the fruit bowl as I do not really like really sweet ripe fruits, but I rather prefer the crunchy, raw ones.  I found this really simple quick recipe, ideal for a quick boost of energy before leaving the house..

What do you need?

2 ripe bananas

1 peach

1/5 cup greek yogurt

1/5 cup milk

a teaspoon of honey (or more if you want it sweeter)

Just blend all the ingredients, sit down and enjoy your drink ))
